About this place
Built in 1869, Casa Real de Iloilo served as the official seat of the provincial government and residence of the governor during the Spanish and American periods. Declared an Important Cultural Property, the restored edifice features a classic bahay-na-bato design, a Romanesque colonnade, and high-ceiled halls.
